The outstanding Dialogues:
(in one scene spiderman kisses his(peter's) lab parter, same way as he did with mary jane in previous movie... later when peter and mary jane meet, they have following conversation)

mary jane: who is she?
peter : she is in my science class...
mary jane : (after a pause) you never mention her. she is your lab partner, she thinks you are genious, she had her polished fingernails all over you... i'll never forget that!
peter : she is just a girl in my class!
mary jane : when you kissed her, who was kissing her? spiderman or peter?
peter : what you mean?
mary jane : THAT WAS OUR KISS (patent pending)! why would you do that? you must have known how it would make me feel. do you wanna PUSH ME AWAY?
peter : PUSH YOU AWAY? why would i wanna PUSH YOU AWAY? (its a pleasure to hear it again and again..."push you away"), you are my girlfriend , i love you and she is just a 'girl in my class'(read line no. 4)
mary jane : i have to go... (oh yeah... even i have to go out of this movie hall)
